This role focuses on advancing plant research through the integration of physiological and molecular approaches, supporting the development of innovative solutions in crop science.

• Develop and implement experimental strategies to assess plant traits in various environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align research activities with project objectives.
• Analyse and interpret data from laboratory and field studies to support decision-making.
• Apply plant biology and molecular knowledge to enhance trait development.
• Maintain and organise research data for clarity and accessibility.
• Present findings through reports and internal presentations.
• Contribute to the evolution of research methodologies and data practices.
• Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• PhD or equivalent in Plant Science, Biology, or a related field, with relevant research experience.
• Strong background in plant physiology and molecular biology.
• Experience in experimental design and data analysis in plant systems.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
