Typical project values range between £200,000 and £5,000,000 and include planned maintenance, refurbishment, reactive works, and medium construction packages. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced and commercially minded Scoping Estimator to join our team. The Scoping Estimator will play a key role in identifying , surveying, scoping, and pricing works across a varied portfolio of projects and maintenance contracts. The role combines regular site visits with office-based estimating duties and requires a practical understanding of construction methods, maintenance works, and Schedule of Rates (SOR) pricing. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate scopes of work and competitive estimates while ensuring commercial viability and client satisfaction.
