• Operate embroidery and print machines to complete customer orders with high quality and accuracy.
• Engage in various warehouse duties, including booking in stock and dispatching orders.
• Work within a busy production team, applying logos to branded workwear and ensuring each project meets the unique challenges of the day.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide creative input and advice on designs to meet client satisfaction.
• Manage time effectively to meet targets without compromising on quality.

• Exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to undergo full training on machine operation.
• Strong time management skills to handle a fast-paced, varied workload.
• Ability to perform maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting on machinery.
• Previous embroidery experience is preferred but not essential.
