Second Charge Mortgage Advisor - Permanent Role - Full time.

 £25,500 + Bonus also Company funding of CeMap Qualification.

Location: Horwich, Bolton.

The Company

Our client is looking for individuals who and conduct high quality outbound sales calls to their customers and providing regulated advice to them, focussing on appropriate outcomes. Your performance and competence will be measured against a range of Key Performance Indicators within a regulatory framework to ensure our customers respond and go on to obtain the first charge mortgage product they require. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, be hard working and able to manage high volumes of work in a busy and fast paced environment

Second Charge Mortgage Advisor  Responsibilities

·Work within an agile squad, contributing to planning sessions, story analysis, testing, deployment, and operation of custom facing web products.

·Collaborate within cross-functional squads to determine how to produce the best customer and business outcome.

·Developing features that can be enabled and disabled as part of an A/B testing strategy.

·Contribute to web development standards and ensure they are consistently applied.

·Ensuring code quality is high, that it is measured and continuously improved.

·Monitor the technical operation and security of the web environment to proactively identify and resolve any issues.

Second Charge Mortgage Advisor  Requirements

·Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets

·Current or recent experience of an outbound call environment

·Ability to respond quickly to training and adapt to changes within the industry

·Proven experience in outbound sales, objection handling, and can close deals

·Able to carry out processes in a compliant manner

·Able to demonstrate achievements against a wide range of competencies

Hours

40 hours per week, shift based

Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am-5:30pm or 12pm-8pm, Friday 9am-5pm

One Saturday in every 4 weeks 9:30am - 2:30pm.
