Secondary English & Maths Tutor - Newham East London
We are looking for an English & Maths tutor to work 1:1 with Secondary students to help further their education as they approach the end of their school lives, based in Newham East London. A lot of the students who need support are attending school and need support after school hours in their home.

* Position - Secondary English and Maths Tutor
* Location - Newham East London
* Job Type - Part Time
* Salary - £30- £32per hour

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Conduct 1:1 tutoring sessions in English and Maths for secondary school students.
* Assess student's strengths and weaknesses and develop customised lesson plans.
* Provide guidance and support in homework assignments, test preparation, and study skills.
* Create a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters student engagement and enthusiasm.
* Monitor and track student's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians as necessary.
* Stay current with the secondary school curriculum and teaching methods to ensure effective instruction.
* Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Teaching certification or relevant tutoring experience preferred but not essential
* Strong knowledge of the secondary school English and Maths curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
