Secondary English Supply Teacher

We are currently seeking an inspiring and reliable English Supply Teacher to provide high-quality teaching and classroom support in secondary schools across Northampton with teaching tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver well-structured English lessons that engage and challenge learners of all abilities.
• Step into classrooms with confidence, following school policies and maintaining a positive environment.
• Adapt quickly to different schools and settings, ensuring continuity in students’ learning.
• Encourage students to develop strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Recent experience teaching English at secondary level.
• Excellent classroom management and the ability to inspire students.
• A flexible approach and willingness to take on short-term or longer placements.
• A current DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
