Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

As a valued member of the team, you will:
* Support the planning and delivery of dynamic lessons across a range of subjects
* Offer targeted 1:1 and small group academic support to students
* Assist in creating a positive, well-organised, and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with students who have special educational needs to ensure personalised support
* Contribute to administrative tasks and day-to-day classroom management
* Take part in wider school life, including enrichment and extracurricular programmes
