Salary: £88-£95 per day
Hours: 8:20 AM - 3:10 PM, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Middleton. This role involves providing one-to-one support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours, aiming to foster positive relationships and enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer tailored support to students with complex behavioural needs.

• Implement individualised behaviour management strategies.

• Assist in the delivery of lessons, ensuring student engagement and participation.

• Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor and track student progress.

• Provide emotional and social support to students, promoting their well-being.

Requirements:

• Experience working with students displaying challenging behaviours.

• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with students.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting students.
