Secondary SEN Teacher - Barnet - Permanent Role - September 2025 Start

Are you a dedicated and passionate Secondary Teacher with a strong commitment to supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

Contract: Permanent
Salary: £38,766 - £60,092 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of secondary-aged pupils with SEN
* Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment that encourages progress and engagement
* Work closely with LSAs, parents/carers, and external professionals to deliver targeted support
* Use assessment data to inform individualised learning strategies and EHCP objectives
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold its inclusive ethos

Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
* Experience teaching students with SEN in a secondary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills and a proactive, empathetic approach
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young people with additional needs
