Aspire People are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and diverse secondary school in the Balsall Heath (B12) area. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping young people succeed both academically and emotionally.

Role Responsibilities:
Supporting students within the classroom to help them stay engaged and focused
Providing 1:1 or small-group support where needed
Assisting pupils with learning tasks, behaviour and confidence
Working alongside teachers and SEN/pastoral teams
Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment

We are looking for:
Experience working with young people in education or youth support
A calm, patient and supportive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Someone reliable, proactive and committed to making a difference
SEND or SEMH experience is beneficial
