Long-term Teachers is working with welcoming secondary schools across Plymouth to recruit enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants for a range of opportunities, with January starts available and the possibility of starting earlier.

We are looking for positive, adaptable individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential. Previous experience working with children or young people is essential, ideally within an educational setting. Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable but not essential.

The roles may involve providing general classroom support, delivering small-group interventions and offering one-to-one support to students who need additional help with their learning, development or wellbeing.
