Our client is a long-established and leading Guernsey based law firm, with an excellent reputation in the industry, currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to support their growth plans for the year ahead.
As someone with a Secretarial background you will be joining an already talented team and be given the opportunity to thrive and make an early contribution to the day to day running of the business, training will also be given for those without previous experience of working in a Law Practice.

Secretary: Role & Responsibilities:
ü Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
ü Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
ü Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and organise court dates.
ü Liaise with clients, court officials, and third parties in a professional manner.
ü Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
ü Excellent organisation skills: diary management, electronic filing, typing, billing
ü Audio typing an advantage
ü Attention to detail, prides themselves on getting things right first time
ü Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
ü Knowledge of Microsoft Office essential
