Your Role:
- To provide access administration services within ADSL according to the required policies and procedures to fill a contractual position at the Vehicle Check Points.
- Control visitors to site using a Site Access Management System, issue personnel and car passes to visitors to the garrison.
- Ensure accurate inputting and checking of data to comply with quality standards and produce daily reports.
- Communicate with the security team on a daily basis in regard to access, when required
- Ensure zero security breaches complying with ADSL procedures and Authority security regulations and be responsible for reporting any security breaches to line manager.
- Always deliver a high standard of customer service and confidentiality.
- Support with BPSS applications for ADSL stakeholders as required.
- To work according to ADSL procedures and Authority security regulations in management of protectively marked information.
- Understand Authority security regulations and provide guidance as and when required.
- Attend all identified training as and when required.
- Carry out any such duties as may be reasonably required from time to time by management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications:
GCSE Maths and English ‘C’ or above and working knowledge of Word/Excel and general IT software
Experience:
Have experience of working in an office/administrative environment with a strong background in customer service. A reliable team player with excellent organisation skills, self-discipline, and the ability to use initiative effectively. Knowledge of MoD security regulations and a military environment would be advantageous.
- Skills:
Communicates clearly to inform and influence others, while working well in a team. Provides polite and friendly customer service, prioritises health and safety, and maintains strong organisational skills.
- Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence and personal vehicle are required.
- Training:
Attend all training identified as and when required.
