As a Security Agent, you’ll be at the frontline of monitoring risk customers, handling sensitive data protection requests, and managing cases involving overdue or stolen vehicles. Your work helps protect our assets and ensures compliance with legal and internal standards.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

As a Security Agent, you’ll take ownership of high-risk vehicle cases and legal data processes, working with various internal departments and external authorities. Your attention to detail and sound decision-making will directly support our security operations and legal compliance.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactive Manage and monitor all reported overdue and stolen vehicles across the UK, ensuring timely and accurate case handling.
• Meticulous Upload newly in-fleeted vehicles to the SIXT insurance policy using the MID (Motor Insurance Database) portal, ensuring all are fully insured.
• Organised Maintain and regularly update the risk customer database for accurate tracking and risk analysis.
• Responsive  Process and respond to data protection requests from police and governing bodies in a timely and compliant manner.
• Customer-Focused Handle retail customer disputes and complaints in line with internal KPIs and customer service standards.
• Insightful Provide feedback to the Operations Trainer on claim quality and highlight any processes that need reviewing or improvement.

Your Skills Matter

• Analytical Thinking You bring a minimum of 24 months’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to review high-risk cases and spot critical patterns.
• Process Management With hands-on experience managing overdue vehicles or customer risk, you are confident working to strict SLAs and KPIs.
• Communication You have proven experience liaising professionally with both internal teams and external authorities, including police and regulatory bodies.
• Compliance Awareness  Your previous role involved handling data protection or insurance-related responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
• Decision-Making You are experienced in assessing complex cases and making sound, independent decisions aligned with business objectives.
• Adaptability Having worked in a fast-paced security, claims, or damage environment, you can quickly adjust to new processes, policies, and priorities.
