We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Security Asset Management Support to join our existing experienced team.  

What do we look for in a Security Asset Management Support 

We are powered by brilliant people. As a Security Asset Management Support, you will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of the following: 

Tasks / Responsibilities: 

* Reporting into the Security Controller 

* Assist with recording & lifetime accounting of the company’s security assets 

* Assist with the day-to-day muster management of Secure assets 

* Assisting with the recording & life time accounting of tamper seals for the secure assets 

* Assist with bagging / tagging assets ready for shipment ensuring correct security paperwork and transport plans are completed for items ready for dispatch 

* Booking relevant couriers to deliver / collect security assets 

* Assisting with the company security communications to individuals and the general company intranet 

* Work alongside our security teams to enhance standard operating procedures ensuring compliance with physical security standards and controls 

* Assisting with maintaining lifetime accounting for existing assets 

* Assisting with cover & supporting the access control, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, booking in and escorting external people on the premises where required 

* General ad-hoc admin support to the team 

Experience: 

* Hold, or willing to go through, SC (Security Vetting) clearance 

* Have strong stakeholder admin and interpersonal skills 

* Excellent attention to detail 

* Experience in Controlled/Sensitive Asset Management areas 

* Experience in transporting controlled/Sensitive assets 

Desirable experience with Crypto as an Alternate or Assistant 

* Desirable experience working with CCTV, Intruder and Access Control Systems 

* Desirable experience in Key Management of Secure Storage
