Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + Company Vehicle + Overtime

A leading NSI-approved security company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Installation Engineer to join their growing team, covering the Berkshire and Surrey areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled security professional looking for a stable role with strong earning potential, no call-out rota, and high-quality commercial and residential projects.

The Role

As a Senior Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of electronic security systems, working across commercial and high-end residential sites. You will be expected to work to a high standard, ensuring compliance with NSI and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation of intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and door entry systems

* Working on new installations and system upgrades

* Ensuring all work meets NSI and company standards

* Completing documentation accurately and on time

* Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Security Installation Engineer

* Strong knowledge of all aspects of electronic security systems

* NSI experience preferred

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

* Professional, customer-focused approach
