Amazon Web Services is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for world class candidates to work closely with strategic Security and Observability ISVs to become trusted advisors for our customers security, observability and migration strategy. The ISV Partner Sales Team accelerates ISV co-sell by providing business, technical, and marketing support and more than 90% of Fortune 100 companies utilise AWS Technology Partner solutions and services.
We are looking for a candidate who will work closely with the AGS UKI Field Sales teams and customers to provide thought leadership on Security and Observability solutions, aligned to technology and Line of Business outcomes. The candidate will operate as a "Chief Security Officer" (CISO), helping our customers to understand, assess and adopt joint ISV and AWS solutions that will help them achieve stronger outcomes.

The Security and Observability ISV Partner Sales Manager will own the Security and Observability ISV Partner go-to-market and sell-with responsibilities in AGS UKI and ensure that:
- Customers and AWS Field Sales teams understand the value of joint ISV and AWS Security and Observability solutions.
- A strategic GTM plan is executed working closely with WWSO and AGS Specialist team.
- They develop internal enablement aligned to use cases and customer outcomes.
- They build sustainable long term relationships across AGS UKI Leadership to grow awareness of joint ISV and AWS Security and Observability solutions.
- They act as a trusted advisor, working backwards from customer outcomes to recommend solutions.
- They are engaging with the customer’s business and technology stakeholders to think long term on a ISV and AWS native services strategy.
- They are supporting ISVs with Power of 3 co-sell with GSIs (Accenture/Deloitte).

Experience in technology-related direct and indirect sales experience.
Understanding of Security and Observability.
Demonstrated experience exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
Experience working in complex sales cycles.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
Presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
Experience in enterprise software and familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
Experience implementing effective joint GTM programs for ISV technology partners.
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, as well as a profound willingness to collaborate with multi-locational, cross-functional teams internally and externally.
