About the Role

We’re looking for a professional and friendly Reception Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious insurance company in Halifax. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, so strong communication skills and a polite, welcoming attitude are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist visitors and staff professionally

• Open and secure the building each day

• Answer phone calls and handle queries

• Use computer systems to support reception duties

• Issue passes and maintain visitor logs
