The Role

As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive fault finding across a range of electronic security systems at customer sites throughout Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas.

You will work predominantly within high-end commercial and corporate environments, ensuring systems remain fully operational while delivering a professional service to customers.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain and fault-find on electronic security systems.

*

Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.

*

Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.

*

Accurately complete service documentation and reports.

*

Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

*

Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations and standards.

*

Participate in an overtime and call-out rota where required.

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Security Service Engineer.

*

Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm systems.

*

Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

*

Good understanding of current security industry regulations and standards.

*

Professional approach with excellent communication and customer service skills.

*

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

*

Full UK driving licence.

*

Must have a valid UK passport and resided in the UK for minimum 5+ years
