£45,000–£55,000 DOE + company vehicle

We’re looking for an experienced security professional to lead a service and maintenance team covering London and the suburbs. Ideally, you’ll live within 30 minutes of Harlow.

You’ll need:

Strong technical experience in CCTV and access control systems.

*

Experience supervising, training and mentoring engineers.

*

The ability to manage service workloads, audit work quality and maintain high standards.

*

Confidence handling clients, quotations and small works.

*

A willingness to be hands-on when required.

Company vehicle, laptop, mobile and pension provided, with holiday entitlement increasing with service.
