We are looking for an experienced Security Engineer to join our energetic team of engineers and contractors on our projects in some of London’s most prominent residential developments. What we Offer 20 days plus Bank Holidays plus your birthday per annum (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 after 5 years) Comprehensive Company Health Insurance Monthly Company Lunch Quarterly Company Events Role Responsibilities and Duties for Security Engineer: Installing, servicing, and maintaining Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems on high-rise developments and in occupied residential or commercial buildings Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with relevant British Standards and industry regulations (NSI NCP 109, SSAIB Security) Read, interpret, and work from drawings, site plans, and system schematics Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations Maintain high standards of health & safety, particularly in live and occupied environments Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach Complete accurate documentation, reports, and certification Adhoc duties as required. Qualifications & Experience Required for Security Engineer: ECS or CSCS Card Sound working knowledge of relevant standards and regulations: NSI NCP 109, SSAIB Security Asbestos Awareness Working at Height Manual Handling Manufacturer training (preferred) IPAF and/or PASMA (Desired) Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the Security Industry Solid experience installing, servicing and maintaining of Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate professionally with a customer-focused approach Does this sound like you?
