We have a vacancy in this location for an estate agent who wants to start and build their own business with The Property Experts.

The Role

You will be running your own business with our support and guidance.

• Generating leads

• Conducting market appraisal with potential sellers

• Listing and marketing properties

• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers

• Overseeing the transaction through to completion

We provide

Training, support, marketing material, technology, systems, processes, and strategies. Everything you need to be successful.

Earnings

You will earn 70% of the fees generated. Based on an average fee of £6,000 you will earn £4,200 per transaction. So just two completions per month will generate £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year)

Suitable candidate

No previous experience is required as we provide full training and support.

The ideal candidate is coachable, open-minded, and willing to learn about the new estate agency model. They must be proactive and able to follow a proven process.

Sales, marketing, and negotiation skills are an advantage
