We also have extensive options available in specialist lending, Commercial Lending, International Lending and Private Banking. We currently have the top 2 advisers in Openwork as well as several others in the top 20 nationwide.

This is a self-employed, commission only business model. Realistic OTE’s year on year are uncapped and as follows:

• First full year earning potential - £80-£100,000
• Year 2 - £125,000+
• Year 3 - £175,000+
• Year 4 - £250,000++
• Our top performers make £500k+ per annum

Requirements for Capricorn Financial

• Mortgage Advisers can join Capricorn once you hold a basic mortgage qualification (CeMAP Module 1 OR RO1). However, it would be beneficial to hold the full CeMAP qualification or RO6, therefore we would encourage you to obtain before or during the role.
• You need to be comfortable starting a self-employed role and building your own business, on the Capricorn platform.
