?? Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and listings
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process
• Manage your own diary and pipeline
• Promote your services across your territory
• Drive business growth through networking and referrals
• Liaise with internal support teams and third-party providers

?? Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as an Estate Agent, Valuer, or Lister
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused
• Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to grow a business
• Good local knowledge of Harlow or the surrounding area
• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms
