Job Title: Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor

Location: Remote but able to access the office based in Marlow

Salary: OTE £50,000-£60,000 Year 1, OTE £75,000+ Year 2

Responsibilities for the role of Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor:

• Provide professional and tailored mortgage advice to clients
• Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process
• Manage documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
• Stay up to date with mortgage market changes and products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Contribute ideas and feedback to help shape company growth.

Experience required for the role of Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor:

• Previous experience providing mortgage advice
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and the lending process
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to generate your own business is essential, though leads will also be provided
• Confident working independently and managing your own workload
• Proactive, ambitious, and client-focused
