Support early identification and intervention for pupils with SEMH needs or behavioural challenges.
Coordinate access to specialist advice through the Experts at Hand model and ensure practical strategies are embedded in classroom and whole-school practice.
Work with headteachers, SENCOs, inclusion leads and pastoral teams to strengthen behavior, attendance and inclusion approaches.
Carry a caseload of pupils at risk of suspension, permanent exclusion or requiring reintegration following Fair Access Panel decisions.
Analyse attendance, behavior, suspension and exclusion data to inform targeted support and evaluate impact.
Develop and deliver CPD, coaching and training for school staff.
Contribute to behavior and inclusion networks, facilitating school-to-school collaboration and sharing effective practice.
Work closely with Educational Psychology, Inclusion, Early Help, Children’s Social Care, health and mental health services, alternative provision and families to ensure coordinated support for children and young people.
