Aspire People are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistants to join a specialist Primary Alternative Provision in Bolton from September. This specialist setting supports pupils from Year 1 to Year 6 who have been permanently excluded or are at serious risk of exclusion from mainstream education. All pupils attend on a full-time basis and typically spend a period within the provision before either successfully returning to mainstream education or moving on to a specialist setting.
The school provides a nurturing and supportive environment for pupils who may have missed significant parts of their education and who have often experienced negative educational journeys that have impacted their confidence, self-worth, and engagement with learning.
