We are currently looking for enthusiastic and qualified SEMH Teaching Assistants to join our network of schools in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development across a variety of educational settings.

We are offering a range of flexible roles, including full-time, part-time, and day-to-day supply positions in mainstream and special educational needs (SEN) schools. Ideal candidates will be proactive, patient, and confident in supporting both individual pupils and small groups, working closely with teaching staff to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Previous experience in an SEMH school setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
