Business Services Semi-Senior – Study Support | Full-Time | Coventry

We’re working with a highly respected and award-winning chartered accountancy firm in Coventry, who are seeking a Business Services Semi-Senior to join their expanding team. This is an ideal opportunity for a part-qualified accountant with at least 2 years of practice experience who’s confident preparing year-end accounts, VAT returns, and management accounts—and looking to take the next step in their career.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing year-end statutory accounts under FRS102 (1A) and FRS105
  




• Supporting on monthly reporting, management accounts, and VAT returns
  




• Working closely with experienced managers to deliver timely, accurate work
  




• Building relationships with clients to clarify information and maintain high service standards
  




• Keeping up to date with accounting standards and participating in ongoing training
  

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in an accountancy practice
  




• AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part-qualified (or finalist)
  




• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  




• Confident communicator and team player
  




• Experience using Xero and IRIS is desirable, but not essential
