Semi Senior to Senior Accountant

An independent practice in North Derby are looking to hire into a Semi Senior to Senior Accountant position, offering great offices, free parking and a location easily accessed from Derby, Ilkeston, Belper etc. The role will be based out of the office in Derbyshire and will be a varied role covering all aspects of accounts production, bookkeeping and ad hoc payroll duties.

IT systems use include VT, sage, xero etc. The firm are friendly and supportive and can help you get up to speed on IT systems where you might not have experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts preparation for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders

• Corporation Tax Returns

• Management accounts

• VAT Returns

• Help supervise and mentor team members
