Our client, a well‑established organisation within the aerospace sector, is looking for a semi-skilled assembler for their rib cell area. The role will work the early shift.

🔧 Pay Rates

PAYE

Earlies: £15.38 per hour
Overtime (over 37 hrs & Saturdays): £23.07 per hour
Sundays & Bank Holidays: £30.76 per hour

Umbrella

Earlies: £21.14 per hour
Overtime (over 37 hrs & Saturdays): £31.70 per hour
Sundays & Bank Holidays: £42.27 per hour

🕕 Shift Times

Earlies:

Mon-Thu: 06:00-14:15
Fri: 06:00-12:00

🔨 Key Responsibilities

Carry out fitting tasks within the Rib Cell Area to a high standard
Assist with assembly and installation of ribs in aerospace structures
Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
Follow technical drawings and detailed instructions
Perform inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance
Work collaboratively to achieve production targets
Maintain a tidy and organised work area

✅ Requirements

Previous fitting experience or similar hands‑on background within aerospace
Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to follow set processes and complete precise work
Commitment to safety and quality
Flexibility to work across required shifts
