Semi Skilled Technician - Coventry OMODA

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Semi Skilled Vehicle Technician to join our OMODA dealership in Coventry. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager this position is offered on a full time 45 hour working contract paying £24,575, Monday – Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturday’s and an OTE of £30,000.

Required Skills & Experience

We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills:

• A full UK driving licence


• Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles


• Fantastic verbal and written English skills


• Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded


• Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training


• Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards


• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes
