Job Title: Semi-Senior Accountant
Salary: Up to 37k, dependent on experience + study support
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Public Practice Accountant ready to progress your career?

A reputable accountancy firm is looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant with at least 3 years of public practice experience to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain greater responsibility, develop their client-facing skills, and move closer to a senior role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting a varied client portfolio, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses
Preparing accounts and tax returns with increasing autonomy
Collaborating with senior colleagues and mentoring junior staff (as appropriate)
Building strong client relationships with early exposure

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 3 years’ public practice experience (essential)
Experience with accounts prep, tax, and client communications
Ambition to progress and take on new challenges
AAT Qualified or Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or similar (study support available)
