Semi-Senior Accountant | £28,000–£35,000 | Thame Looking for your next step in practice?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join a supportive and growing accountancy practice in Thame. What You’ll Be Doing

Preparing year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
Assisting with tax returns and VAT compliance
Drafting management accounts and providing bookkeeping support where needed
Building client relationships and acting as a day-to-day contact
Supporting seniors and managers with ad-hoc advisory projects

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice
Studying ACA/ACCA or AAT qualified (or qualified by experience)
Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and VAT
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients
Ambitious and keen to continue progressing in practice

The Package

Salary: £28,000–£35,000 depending on experience
Full study support (if required)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Hybrid working available after probation
