AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnering with a reputable firm based in Leigh-on-Sea in their search for a talented Semi-Senior Accountant to join a friendly and growing team. This role has recently become available due to recent expansion and the winning of meaningful business highlighting the ample progression opportunities available.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing statutory accounts from incomplete records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This includes the preparation and filing of corporation tax returns, as well as the preparation of VAT returns. You will also communicate with clients to address any queries and provide guidance on accounting and audit-related matters. Managing client relationships is a key aspect of the role, requiring you to maintain strong connections and ensure client satisfaction.
