Independent Boutique Accountancy Firm | £32,000+ | Hybrid Working | 25 Days Holiday | Client-Facing Role

An independent, boutique-chartered accountancy firm is seeking a Semi-Senior Accountant to join their friendly and growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain greater client exposure, progress into a Client Manager role, and join a social, supportive firm.

The Role:

• Preparing year-end accounts for a range of SME clients
• Assisting with management accounts and VAT returns
• Supporting with bookkeeping tasks and cloud software use
• Liaising with clients and helping respond to ad hoc queries
• Working closely with Seniors and Managers to develop your experience

What They’re Looking For:

• AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part-qualified
• Practice experience with accounts prep, VAT, and bookkeeping
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and take on more client responsibility
• Experience with cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary from £32,000+ depending on experience
