Semi-Skilled Groundworker / Labourer
Mildenhall (must live within 10 miles)
Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000- £32,000

A specialist team in environmental restoration is looking for someone with a practical mindset and solid site experience to support with residential projects in the local area. This is a hands-on role working outdoors, ideal for someone ex-military with a background in construction, engineering, or field-based work.

Semi-Skilled Groundworker / Labourer Responsibilities:

• Assist with site work, including hand digging, groundwork, laying drainage, concrete work and similar tasks
• Operate site machinery such as mini diggers and dumpers (training can be provided)
• Support site leads with day-to-day project work
• Follow health and safety protocols on all jobs
• Travel and overnight stays may be required occasionally

Semi-Skilled Groundworker / Labourer Requirements:

• Previous experience in a construction or multi-skilled role
• CSCS card (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Comfortable working in a small team and outdoors in all weathers
• Willing to muck in with a range of site duties
• Must be within 10 miles of Mildenhall
• DBS check and drug/alcohol screening will be required
