The Role

Working as part of an experienced production team, you'll assist in the construction and internal fit-out of high-quality modular buildings.

Your duties will include:

Internal fitting and finishing
Installing doors, windows, flooring and fixtures
Measuring, cutting and assembling materials
Using hand and power tools safely
Reading basic drawings and work instructions
Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
Supporting skilled joiners throughout the build process

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a semi-skilled joinery or manufacturing role
Background in modular construction, caravans, shopfitting, fit-out or timber frame is advantageous
Competent using hand and power tools
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Reliable with excellent attendance
Able to work effectively as part of a team
