Are you a patient, empathetic, and resilient individual with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs?

Reed Education are working closely with a number of schools across Gloucestershire who are seeking dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs. These roles are vital in helping children with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) access learning in a way that suits their individual needs.

You will be working one-to-one with a pupil who may have a diagnosis such as Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. Your role will be to build trust, provide consistent support, and help them achieve their full potential—both academically and emotionally.
