Role Highlights:

Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar SEN support role is desirable
- A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with students
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS check required
