£24,000 -£30,000 | Term-Time Only + Benefits,
September Start, Permanent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected group of specialist schools supporting students aged 7 to 19 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled SEN Administrator to join a dedicated and multidisciplinary team across two welcoming school sites - one in Westminster and the other in Kensington & Chelsea.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, term-time only position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced educational environment and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with SEN.

You’ll play a central role in coordinating the administrative functions that support the learning and development of students. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of SEN provision, enabling students to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain essential SEN records and documentation
  • Schedule and support multidisciplinary meetings, including Annual Reviews
  • Prepare and update key paperwork, including EHCPs, IEPs, and review reports
  • Liaise with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to ensure clear communication
  • Provide general administrative and office support as part of a wider school admin team
  • Travel regularly between both sites (expenses covered)

About You:

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and empathetic individual with:

  • Previous experience in SEN administration or a similar educational support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative approach to working with education professionals, therapists, and families
  • A commitment to supporting inclusive education and positive outcomes for students

Why Apply?

  • Competitive salary of £24,000 -£30,000 (depending on experience)
  • Work in two supportive, inclusive school communities
  • Be part of a multidisciplinary team that truly values each role
  • Develop your skills in a rewarding and varied role
  • Immediate start available

If you're an experienced administrator with a heart for education and SEN, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today to take the next step in your career and make a lasting impact on young lives.
