We are seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Teacher to join a well-respected school in Kirkby Lonsdale. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional education and support to students with diverse learning needs.

• Plan, develop, and execute individualised educational plans (EHCP) to meet the specific needs of each student.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and specialists to facilitate inclusive education and ensure students' needs are met across all settings.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and administration.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive classroom environment that encourages learning and personal growth.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in special education, particularly with complex needs.
• Strong understanding of the strategies needed to manage and teach students with diverse needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and dedication to student development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
