SEN Cover Supervisor

NextGen Teachers are proud to working with a specialist provision based in Leeds (LS9) who are looking for a permanent Cover Supervisor to start September 2025. The ideal candidate must have experience of working with children with Complex Needs, Communication and Interaction difficulties and supporting learning across the curriculum. Additional training and support will be made available to the successful candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

• Provide supervision and guidance within the classroom
• Provide support for pupils and teachers
• Support the curriculum by following suitable lesson plans
• Provide cover supervision for pre planned lessons

Requirements:

• Previous experience in covering/ leading lesson plans
• A degree or equivalent
• The availability to work full time from September 2025
• The right to work in the UK
