The Role
As an SEN Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting schools by placing high-quality teaching and support staff in special educational needs (SEN) roles. You’ll build strong relationships with schools and candidates, understanding their needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a network of SEN professionals
Build and maintain relationships with local schools and educational institutions
Match candidates to appropriate roles, ensuring a strong cultural and skills fit
Manage the full recruitment cycle from registration to placement
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets
Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding procedures
What We’re Looking For:
Previous recruitment experience (ideally in education or SEN) is preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, target-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure
A genuine interest in supporting education and making a positive impact
