Classes are capped at small student ratios (typically 6–8 learners) with high staff-to-pupil support. You will focus on creating a therapeutic, low-arousal learning environment, designing accessible pathways (Functional Skills, Entry Level, and GCSE), and using literature as a tool for emotional literacy and creative expression.
