The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets. Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external agencies. Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Promote pupils' academic, social, emotional, and personal development. Support the development of communication, independence, and life skills. The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs. A strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning approaches. Excellent classroom management and behaviour support skills. A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. We Offer
