What shall you're role as an SEN Lead Teacher - Mainstream Provision will entail:

• Working under the current Schools SENCO
• Supporting EHCP applications
• Providing additional 1:1 & group SEN Interventions
• Working alongside a range of professionals
• Working in a brand new site after the school has expanded to three different sites
• Working & supporting parents and colleagues
• Teaching SEN children in small groups
• Setting up provisions for SEN children
• Focus on increasing the quality of learning & provisions for SEN children at the school

JOB DESCRIPTION - SEN Lead Teacher - Mainstream Provision

• SEN Lead Teacher - Mainstream Provision
• Working with a range of EYFS, KS1 & KS2 pupils
• Working under the current Schools SENCO
• Supporting EHCP applications
• Providing additional 1:1 & group SEN Interventions
• Working alongside a range of professionals
• Working & supporting parents and colleagues
• Teaching SEN children in small groups
• Setting up provisions for SEN children
• Focus on increasing the quality of learning & provisions for SEN children at the school
• September 2025 start - Full Time & Permanent
• MPS1 - UPS3 + TLR / SEN Point (£2,500 - £6,500)
• Located in the Greenwich

PERSON SPECIFICATION - SEN Lead Teacher - Mainstream Provision

• Must have UK QTS
• Strong understanding of the curriculum required
• You must show a passion and creative flare towards education and inspiring young minds
• Understanding of the teaching standards
• Lesson observations required: 'Good or Outstanding'
