About the Role:
Smile Education are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Mentor on behalf of one of our wonderful SEN schools based in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of children with Special Educational Needs.
This is a full-time, temporary role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
This role is supporting students with special educational needs aged 16-25.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
Develop and implement individual learning plans tailored to the needs of each student.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
Monitor students’ progress.
Manage any challenging behaviour.About You

Previous experience supporting children with SEN.
A passion for working with young people.
Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or related field.
Excellent communication skills.What We Offer:
