As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, moderate learning difficulties, and complex learning needs. Key responsibilities include:

Providing tailored support as a SEN Learning Support Assistant on a 1:1 and small group basis
Supporting pupils both within the classroom and during wider school activities
Assisting teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions
Promoting independence, confidence, and social development
Helping maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
