Location: Wirral, Merseyside
Pay: £100-£110 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting experienced Learning Support Assistants to work within specialist education settings across the Wirral.

We are looking for individuals who are confident supporting pupils with additional learning, communication and behavioural needs and who can bring enthusiasm, patience and practical experience to the classroom.

Whether your background is in a specialist school, alternative provision or another SEND-focused education environment, we'd be keen to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting pupils with their learning and personal development.

Providing one-to-one and small-group assistance.

Helping pupils develop independence, confidence and communication skills.

Supporting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.

Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff.

What You'll Need

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND.

A good understanding of the challenges faced by pupils with additional needs.

Confidence managing challenging situations calmly and professionally.

A reliable, committed and proactive approach.

Full-time availability during school hours.
